David Schmidt is a Montréal restaurateur who was part of the team behind Fleurs et Cadeaux, the Japanese-inspired snack bar that opened in Chinatown in 2020, and who co-owns the Italian-American pizza and natural-wine spot Marci. He also worked on the design of Café Cadence and co-owns Croquette in Saint-Henri, whose décor he designed.
