Vito Ciocca is one of the four founding partners of Mano Cornuto, the Griffintown Italian café-restaurant that opened in 2019, and handles its bar and front of house. A Bremner and Garde-Manger alumnus, he is also a partner in the group's café Mano Figa and its wine bar Umarell.
