Vanya Filipovic spent about 15 years in the Joe Beef group, rising to head sommelier and co-owning Vin Papillon, and founded the wine import agency Vins Dame-Jeanne in 2015. She co-owns Mon Lapin, ranked No. 1 in Canada's 100 Best in 2023 and 2024, and Rôtisserie La Lune, which earned a Michelin Bib Gourmand.
