Riccardo Bertolino spent years in Daniel Boulud's organization, working with him from 2008 and running the kitchen at Maison Boulud in the Ritz-Carlton Montréal as executive chef. In May 2026 he and sommelier Isabel Bordeleau opened Osteria Berto in Villeray, an Italian osteria that draws on his Sicilian roots.
