Raegan Steinberg trained in Vancouver, where she cooked at Blue Water Cafe, and later worked at Joe Beef and Liverpool House before running a catering business with Alex Cohen. The pair opened Arthurs Nosh Bar in Saint-Henri in 2016 and co-wrote the cookbook Arthurs: Home of the Nosh.
