Marc-Olivier Frappier joined the Joe Beef group in 2008, worked his way from garde-manger to chef, and became executive chef across Joe Beef, Liverpool House and Vin Papillon. He co-owns and runs the kitchen at Mon Lapin, a two-time No. 1 on Canada's 100 Best, and co-leads the kitchen at Rôtisserie La Lune.
