Hamed Masoumi is the co-founder and head chef of BOUS, a refined Persian restaurant on Sherbrooke Street West that opened in May 2026. He and four fellow Iranian-born co-founders built the menu around traditional dishes and Iran's regional cooking, including a saffron tahchin.
