Grégoire Routy is a chef from the south of France who cooked in Michelin-starred kitchens in France and England, and in Copenhagen, before leading the kitchen at Boxermans in Outremont. With Éric Berlin he went on to open Myers, a lunch and private-dining spot, and in 2026 the restaurant Routy in the former Boxermans space.
