Frédéric Morin

Frédéric Morin trained at the École hôtelière des Laurentides, worked at Toqué! and Les Caprices de Nicolas, and cooked at Globe from 1999 to 2005 before co-founding Joe Beef in Little Burgundy in 2005 with David McMillan and Allison Cunningham. The group grew to include Liverpool House, Vin Papillon and McKiernan, and he co-wrote two Joe Beef cookbooks.
