An ITHQ-trained cook who has travelled widely in China and worked in Korea, Elliot Latendresse cooks Chinese food that isn't tied to one region and often puts Québec produce through Chinese technique. He is chef of L'Honnête Kid on Marie-Anne, which opened in July 2026 in the space it shares with Wenhui Zhang's tea counter Thé Jinjin.
