An ITHQ graduate who cooked at Le Mousso, Camilo Lapointe-Nascimento won the Hawksworth Young Chef Scholarship in 2019 and the tenth edition of Les Chefs! in 2020, then co-founded Menu Extra. He also competed on Top Chef Canada, and in 2026 he opened Cams Déjeuner, a breakfast-sandwich counter on the Plateau.
