Alex Cohen came up through Montréal kitchens including Greasy Spoon, Joe Beef and the Japanese restaurant Ryu before running a catering business with Raegan Steinberg. The two opened Arthurs Nosh Bar in Saint-Henri in 2016 and co-wrote the cookbook Arthurs: Home of the Nosh.
